Shipping & Refund Policy

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow 3 – 5 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. 

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
All orders will be shipped via our logistics partnerse. Please do note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas. The delivery of product is from us

-Average transit times to the United States: 10 – 15 Business days

-Average transit times to the European Union: 10 – 15 Business days

-Average transit times to Other Countries and area: 17 – 45 Business days

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order.Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order within 24 hours after the order is placed. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

This term does not apply to customizing-produced products.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Please check your city, area, post code and phone number carefully when you place orders, this is very important because we cannot change the shipment once the product is on route.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED 
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to delivery service mistreatment.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If this happens to you, please contact us (crystalhappyross@gmail.com) in 24 hours with :

– Your order number.

– Pictures of the damaged product.

Once your damage is confirmed, we’ll send out the replacement or rufund your damage value according to the invoice.

Note:

– Due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location, The image of every product in the website or life-show may have a slight color difference. Everything is subject to the actual product.

-Natural mineral gemstones and crystal products include natural stone patterns, clouds, impurities, ore marks, ice patterns, etc., which are all normal phenomena.

Any returns for a product due to customer dissatisfaction, which are caused by abovement reasions, will not be deemed as damaged delivery and need to comply according to the term of Returns.

Returns (if applicable)

To start a return, you can contact us at service@crystalhappy.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. No returns or exchanges can be accepted if the products was custom produced.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product. Order that has been shipped and not arrived is exempt from returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to us without our confirmation. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. an unboxing video will be appreciated.  

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and items marked as ‘sales’ cannot be refunded. Live sale items from social media are also exempt from refunds, these are sold as seen.

Note: any returen, please ship your order in printing with return products by prepaid shipment regardless of the reason for the return. International returns should be marked as ‘return’ to avoid customs and handling charges. If a return is the result of our error, we’ll reimburse the shipping cost after receiving the item at the Fulfillment Center.To receive your refund for shipping, after shipping your return, contact us (Email: service@crystalhappy.com) with the order number, tracking number, and shipping cost. If the reason for return is not a result of our error, we’ll deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund. Original overseas shipping and handling fees are not included in the refund. For free shpping products, the original shiping fees will be informed to customer via Email. Any import charges that are incurred from an international returns will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and aren’t liable for any losses or damages during the return shipping.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Note: Due to card processors and Paypal not refunding transaction fees and other factors, where an item is returned to us, or an order cancelled due to change of mind, there will be a restocking fee of 6% of the total transaction cost held back from the refunded amount to cover the non-returnable fees that can not be recovered. This will be waived if an error on our part has caused the cancellation, or a defective item has been sent to you.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at crystalhappyross@gmail.com

Note: If you ship your package by any other method, your refund may not be processed correctly.
